Shipping policy
FOR PRE-SALE ITEMS: Once your payment is verified and processed, it can take 4-6 weeks for your order to ship, due to time allotted for production. Upon receipt of inventory, all orders will be processed and shipped within 4-7 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier's system to update tracking information, being that some carriers do not scan packages along the way.
FOR IN-STOCK ITEMS: Once your payment is verified and processed it can take 4-7 business days for your order to ship excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier system to update tracking information being that some carriers do not scan packages along the way.
Please note that all estimated shipping times are after the order has been shipped. If for any reason you item is not deliverable and is returned to the store you will be issued a STORE CREDIT for the purchase price of the items (minus shipping fee).
In the case a package is lost and or stolen, DO ALLL THINGS is not responsible for stolen packages in the event that the package shows delivered at the shipping address. In this event, DO ALLL THINGS is not responsible for replacing, refunding or issuing store credit for stolen items.
